As a modern travel advisor, I provide concierge, highly personalized planning with no hidden fees!

My services to help you plan a stress-free, unforgettable vacation start at $500 and can go up based on destinations, complexity, length, and number of travelers.

  • My personalized travel design services are inclusive of all related accommodations, tours & experiences, transportation, and dining.

    • Planning kickoff call

    • Customized trip proposal (up to three revisions)

    • Booking of all trip components

    • Concierge services such as dining and spa appointments

    Lead time: Due to the highly customized nature of my services, I typically require a minimum lead time of 60 days. A surcharge will apply for expedited requests, if accepted.

    Minimum investment for Europe: European itineraries currently start at a minimum of 1,000 EUR per day for two travelers. I work with 4* and 5* properties and mostly private tour operators (with small group tours available in select destinations).

4 Steps to Your Next Vacation

  • Connect

    Schedule a free time to meet with me here. In this quick call, we’ll get to know each other, you’ll share your vacation desires, and together we will determine the best next steps to plan your trip. If we are a good fit, we will prep for and conduct a Planning Kickoff call to start the trip design process.

  • Design

    Relax and get excited while I start the research process and prepare a preliminary proposal for your unforgettable vacation. I’ll share this with you for review and feedback, then incorporate your changes until it meets (or exceeds!) your wish list.

  • Book

    Once we align on your travel plans, I will reserve and confirm all aspects of your trip. You will receive confirmations and reminders on key dates, such as any deposits or final payments due. Lastly, we will add final touches, such as dining, spa appointments, and anything else to make the trip truly yours.

  • Experience

    Enjoy your trip; make memories! With my supplier partners, I will be available to support and advocate on your behalf in case of any issues during your vacation (think: room issues, canceled flights, etc.).
